Meet Christine

Christine has been practicing Qui Gong for over 10 years and teaching for the past 2 years. Working in tech, she understands firsthand the constant connectivity, mental demands, and need for practices that help restore balance and clarity in modern work life.

Her classes combine gentle Qui Gong movement with guided meditation, emphasizing mindful breath, body awareness, and the cultivation of Qi. We will study Wuji Hundun along with several Eight Brocades practices to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Weather permitting, classes are held outdoors in nature, encouraging a deeper connection with the natural flow of energy and allowing students to ground themselves and reset.

Christine creates a welcoming, supportive space rooted in harmony, authenticity, and selfcompassion. Students are invited to practice at their own pace, honoring where they are in their journey. Whether you work in a high-pressure field or simply want more peace in your daily life, these sessions offer a community where you can leave feeling calm, centered, and renewed.
